This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Spark Pro Services (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the client (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) for the provision of professional cleaning services in New Mexico.

By booking, scheduling, or receiving services from Spark Pro Services, you agree to the terms outlined in this Agreement.

Scope of Services

Spark Pro Services provides professional residential and commercial cleaning services, which may include but are not limited to:

  • House cleaning
  • Apartment cleaning
  • Office & commercial cleaning
  • Deep cleaning
  • Carpet & upholstery cleaning
  • Window cleaning
  • Move-in / move-out cleaning

The exact scope of work will be agreed upon at the time of booking or outlined in a written estimate.

Service Area

Spark Pro Services provides cleaning services throughout the State of New Mexico. Service availability may vary by city, location, and scheduling capacity.

Scheduling & Access

  • The Client agrees to provide safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled service time.
  • If access is not available, the appointment may be considered a late cancellation or no-show.
  • Pets must be secured during the service unless otherwise agreed.

Pricing & Payment Terms

  • All prices are starting estimates and may vary based on property size, condition, and service requirements.
  • Final pricing will be confirmed before or at the time of service.
  • Payment is due upon completion of service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Accepted payment methods will be communicated at booking.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Clients may cancel or reschedule with reasonable advance notice.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • Spark Pro Services reserves the right to reschedule services due to weather conditions, safety issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

  • Remove or secure fragile, valuable, or irreplaceable items
  • Inform Spark Pro Services of any hazards, special surfaces, or instructions
  • Ensure utilities (water, electricity) are available during service

Spark Pro Services is not responsible for damage caused by undisclosed risks or unsafe conditions.

Satisfaction & Quality Assurance

If the Client is not satisfied with the service:

  • The Client must notify Spark Pro Services within 24 hours of service completion
  • We will review the concern and make reasonable efforts to resolve it

This does not apply to normal wear and tear or pre-existing conditions.

Damage & Liability

Spark Pro Services is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage due to faulty or unstable fixtures
  • Damage caused by undisclosed hazards

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

Insurance

Spark Pro Services maintains appropriate business insurance coverage in accordance with applicable laws in New Mexico.

Independent Contractor Status

Spark Pro Services and its staff operate as independent contractors. Nothing in this Agreement shall be interpreted as creating an employment, partnership, or joint venture relationship with the Client.

Website & Legal Policies

Use of our website and services is also governed by:

Clients are encouraged to review these policies.

Termination of Services

Spark Pro Services reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Unsafe working conditions
  • Abusive or inappropriate behavior
  • Non-payment

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States.
